Parent-Teacher meetings are a crucial opportunity for the school and home to review how students are getting on. While academic attainment is crucial in terms of how a student develops and evolves throughout with each year group, what is primary is ongoing communication, support with parents that positively affect how students learn at school. One mechanism that best facilitates all of these are Parent -Teacher meeting. In the meetings the main focus is on the academic performance of the students, responsibilities of parents, off school hours and the areas of concern. Apart from these meetings the school also provides two days in a week i.e., Monday and Tuesday after school hours to the parents to come and meet the teachers and enquire about the performance of their children. These meetings have greatly helped both the parents and the students and overall the school to build a good rapport among each other.
